I designed the page US Letter with 15 mm borders on all sides.
This border DOES NOT scale well. If you need to rescale it, I STRONGLY SUGGEST you open the Scribus file, ungroup the border and resize each of the 3 boxes that make up the border to the size you need. That will give you the best results.
If you want to recreate the border on your own, here is what I did:
- The outer box has a 0.1 mm line width
- The middle box is 2mm smaller on each side than the outer box. Its line width is 0.75 mm and is 50% grey
- The inner box has a 0.1mm line width and is 2mm smaller on all sides than the middle box.
